Lei Kung appears as a man with smoking black skin and eyes with pupils like lightning bolts. He has 2 large tusks and a huge nose. He has red spotted wings with a span of 40 feet. When battling large numbers of opponents he uses a set of green drums that act as a horn of blasting and drums of panic combined. In hand-to-hand combat he uses his fists for 7-42 points of damage. When not using his fists, he uses a +4 hammer that strikes for 25 points of electrical damage per hit (no saving throw).
Anything touching his +3 plate mail suffers 10 points of electrical damage, no saving throw.
Lei Kung exists to make foul weather of one type or another at the request of the other gods of the pantheon. These gods will request such when they feel that their worshipers need a lesson. Lei Kung particularly delights in creating wind storms that destroy fragile things of beauty or value.
